STEP 1: We will start by learning mapping out about your child's stress patterns, identify what triggers them, and match tools for each trigger.

STEP 2: We'll look at how relationships add to and reduce your child's stress and discuss ways to improve adult-child interactions that increase joy and resilience.

STEP 3: We'll take stock of your child's functional capacities in each of four brain systems to find out where they need more support.
